Lacy Off
Lacy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and a Master of Human Growth and Development with a concentration in Youth Development from Texas Tech University.
With experience in childcare and education within non-profits and the private sector, she’s worked with youth from birth through high school, which has shaped how she thinks about what young people and communities need. She approaches youth development holistically, guided by a belief that thoughtful, collaborative programming can transform lives. Outside of work, Lacy loves getting lost in a good book, watching movies, and spending time with her dog.
