Shaylee is a Bayfield, Colorado native pursuing her masters in education at NMSU. She received her Bachelors of Science in Agricultural and Extension Education with Honors and was one of the top 4 graduates in her department. Shaylee has an extensive background with youth involvement hosting several camps and clinics throughout high school and college. As a member of KO Livestock Services Show team she has been a mentor to hundreds of youth throughout Colorado, New Mexico and Arizona. Her 4-H and FFA careers included many officers positions, attending numerous leadership conferences, showing cattle/goats/sheep/poultry and pigs, and engaging with all walks of life. Her passion is helping youth build strong mental resiliency and the skills to be successful in their life.
